As small-business owners, millennials are achievement-oriented, cautious, self-disciplined and confident, according to research conducted by Cargo, a marketing firm using artificial intelligence technology. In addition to being major entrepreneurial players, 75 percent of millennial small-business owners are happy they pursued business ownership.
