The millennial generation, which includes people born between 1981 and 1996, eclipsed baby boomers as the most numerous generation living today. While older generations dubbed millennials as \u201clazy\u201d or \u201centitled,\u201d they are taking entrepreneurship by storm. As small-business owners, millennials are achievement-oriented, cautious, self-disciplined and confident, according to research conducted by\u00a0Cargo<\/a>, a marketing firm using artificial intelligence technology. In addition to being major entrepreneurial players, 75 percent of millennial small-business owners are happy they pursued business ownership.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
